Life doesn’t have to be so hard. You are not here alone. You are here with community, with others, in a spiderweb or network of connected beings. Like the mycelium of the earth interconnected and working together as one.

Full Moon Medicine – Energy Healing & Plant Allies for the Lunar Eclipse in Pisces

Join Carrie Suwal (professional intuitive) and Katya Korol (holistic nutritionist & herbalist) for a cozy full moon and lunar eclipse ceremony.

We will begin with a guided meditation connecting to the energy of the supercharged September full moon, followed by a discussion of the energy of this lunar eclipse in pisces and how you can harness it to support your journey.

We will be exploring plant allies that can help us tune into the energy of this moon cycle through tea tasting and we will end the evening with some reflective prompts, intention-setting and group discussion.

Bring a journal, comfortable clothes, and a meditation cushion if you like to sit on the floor.

Fire Cupping Is Back 🔥

I have just added 60 and 75 minute fire cupping massage back to my calendar (claimable for those with massage benefits). Fire cupping is a great way to release tension, knots, fascial restrictions and energetic blockages. We can go from light to deep levels of suction, and I use them moving and still on the body for the greatest benefit.

There is just something so special with bringing fire into our lives to ignite our passions and increase our potency. Although in fire cupping the flame doesn’t actually touch the body, it is only used to take the oxygen out of the cup so that there is suction. Through this suction it stretches the tissues of the body, and pulls toxins to the surface (leaving cupping marks if we hold a lot of tension).
