Welcome the energy of the new year with open arms. Now is a time to reflect on the wins of yesterday, to cherish the possibilities of tomorrow, and to nestle into the gentle being of this moment.

How do you wish to show up in this coming year? Let your inner self step forward. The wise, intuitive, confident being within you. At times your inner most self may feel separate from you, distant even.

Yet it is you.

It is you without the layers of the mind. You without the experiences of the past. You as you are, untethered and raw. May this year be the year of you.
