Have you taken time to honor yourself lately? To dive into your heart and your soul? I am excited to share a 3 day soulful retreat here in the awe-inspiring Canadian Rockies.

We will touch the heart through a cacao ceremony and heart opening movement class. The spirit will be freed through energy healing and intuitive awakening. The mind and body will be revitalized with a releasing fire ceremony, an intuitive vessel crafting class, and breathwork to give your spirit wings. Card 3 - I GIVE MYSELF THE GIFT OF FREEDOM FROM MY PAST AND MOVE WITH JOY INTO THE NOW -

Surrendering the hold of your past is the greatest gift of freedom you can receive. Just imagine how it will feel to let go of all that baggage. To let go of everything that is influencing your beliefs and habits, and to just choose joy in this moment?

This moment is yours and IS in your choice of how to flow with it or against it. Do you choose joy? Or something else?

Lunar New Year ~ New Moon Ceremony Wednesday January 29th at 5PM MST. This is a free live on Insight Timer. We will be using intuition and logic to receive your soul’s desires for this new year. Please bring a journal and pen.
