Beautiful soul, it is time to be serious about being kind to yourself. Don’t put off your self care. Don’t hesitate when your body speaks to you. It is always letting you know what feels good, what feels like too much, and what needs to be tended to.

It's time to listen and act.

You have been ungrounded, or needing extra support lately. How can you ground yourself? How can you return to yourself?

Maybe taking a break from the news, or the lives of others can support you in grounding. Maybe taking extra steps to clear your energy and be more present are in need. See what will serve you best, and make it happen. This is very important.

Card 2 - MIRROR- Who or what is triggering you?

It can be difficult to hear this message, but… What is triggering you, is a reflection of your own pain inside of you. You are the bearer, the holder of your suffering. You are the mirror of your inner world to your outer world.

Get focused on what feels good right now. Align with your vision of abundance, health, and happiness. Then this can be what you receive, this can be what you mirror. You are capable and strong!

Card 3 - STARSEED - What lights you up?

It is SO important to be with what is IMPORTANT to you. So, what is important to you? Not important in a sense of responsibility, or visions. But important in that it is relevant right now, not to your future self. What lights you up?

What brings you joy? Let this be your guide. A life lead by joy is a life well lived.

In Person Courses

Reiki Level 1 🌟- March 28: In Reiki Level 1 learn to harness energy for good. Support healing in the body and mind as you receive whispers from spirit. In this day we will be venturing into the unknown, exploring your intuition and the field of energy to see what the universe is ready to share with you.

Come with an open heart and open mind. Receive an attunement to help upgrade your frequency and chakra system. Give and receive with partners.

Reiki Level 2 💜- April 25: In level 2 you will receive an attunement to raise your energy vibration, heal the emotional body and old traumas of the past. We learn ancient healing symbols that we can use for more powerful healing, emotional healing and distance healing. Level 2 is about creating a stronger connection to your higher self and releasing destructive human conditioning that has gotten in the way.

Reiki Level 3 🌈- May 30th: In Reiki Level 3 we learn the process of passing attunements and teaching. You will be attuned to the master symbol and it's use. The focus in Level 3 is connecting the Universal truth(your soul consciousness) to your human consciousness. We learn to clean and charge crystals and stones.

Each level costs $444, and if all three are booked you will receive a discount. Also past students who want to retake a level with me are welcome to for $222.
