Challenge is opportunity. Everytime you are challenged you are being given a gift. A gift to stretch or release your perceptions. A gift to move beyond your self created limitations. A gift to see the world in a new way, or be in the world in a new way.

Within the comfort zone is not where we grow, it’s where we rest.

Card 1 - BREAK THE CHAIN - Ancestral patterns. Healing. Rewriting the future.

Just because things have always been a certain way, doesn’t mean they need to continue in this way. One law of life is impermanence. Nothing lasts forever, not even this body that we occupy.
