Feeling uneasy when facing a struggle or irritation? Don't beat yourself up for not being your best self. Instead, see that feeling as a sign.

It's telling you: "Look inside."

Even if you're already upset, the moment you remember this, you can stop the downward spiral. Turn your attention inward, to the calm place within you. This helps ease the suffering and leads you to liberation.

Card 1 - Nature’s Signs - Be receptive to the subtle messages from nature as you go about your day. Nature talks to us continually - we need only open our hearts and minds.

While mother nature provides us with omens and oracles about our day and our life, our body’s inherent nature is also constantly sharing signs with you.

Your body tells you when something is off, when there is resistance to something, or if you are being called to something. How does your body speak to you? Is it butterflies in the stomach, a lump in the throat, or sweaty palms?

Your body and nature are all constantly communicating with you, offering you guidance. Your task is to listen, and discover what it is saying. What do you really need in these moments? If your breath is shallow, will taking some deep breaths help? Or do you need to hit pause on your day and find a moment to rest?

Listen… And receive your wisdom. It is always guiding you towards the path of greatest ease or growth.

Card 2 - FIND BALANCE - Find the balance between your work, rest and playtime and you will have more energy, harmony and productivity in your life. Take a power nap.

You are being called to stop putting your crystal eggs all in one basket. It’s time to create balance. Are you too yin (feeling sleepy/fatigued, doing nothing and procrastinating)? Are you to yang (doing too much, feeling overwhelmed like there isn’t enough time in your day to do all the things you desire)?

The perfect center point is a combination of rest and play, or going inward with the self and outward with the world, it is the tipping point between action and non-action. Where are you out of alignment? What do you need more of to help bring you back in alignment?

Card 3 - WISDOM - Have you ever been told that you’re wise beyond your years? Now is the time to call upon your inner fairy wisdom to help you with a challenge.

This dilemma or contemplation you face brings up this outward seeking. Finding the answers in your mind. Searching in your environment, or through others. How to overcome these obstacles?

The answer isn’t outside of you. It’s here, now, within you. It has always been right here. You are wisdom itself, the truth can only be found when we stop seeking it, and allow ourselves to receive it.
