You are being called on a journey. Whether a literal, metaphysical, or symbolic one. The journey calls us to venture to discover unknown parts of the self.

Where are you ready to explore your inner world more deeply? What physical experience or place can help support you in this deeper discovery?

Card 2 - MOTIVATION - When spring approaches the Flower Fairies urge you to ‘spring’ into action. If there’s something you’ve been merely thinking about doing, they say get busy and do it.

Your motivation is the essential ingredient to all of your steps. As we enter the season of fall and winter, usually we are called to wind down. You however are being called to amp up. To cultivate a beautiful well of energy within you, and let it spring you forward with new life.

Where are you ready to direct your energy?

Card 3 - SOLITUDE - Think of ‘being alone’ as meaning you are ‘all one’ and in total harmony with everything. The greatest treasures are those that wait silently during your quiet times.

When we are alone peace graces our minds. When we quiet our outer world, our inner world speaks.

This card calls you to greater solitude. It may not be saying “stop being social”. It may be saying “be sure to include solitude in your precious timeline.” Through solitude you fill your cup, you listen to your soul and it’s needs, and you come back to the world with a more authentic and aligned sense of self.

Abundance Cultivation

I wanted to share two tracks with you this week for cultivating abundance. Our first practice is a gentle affirmation practice where you can receive the affirmations, or repeat after me.

Our second practice is the abundance dance. This is a guided movement practice that allows you to make space for greater abundance in your life, and shake off scarcity.
